The Administrator will receive an introduction to the portal through a digital platform like Microsoft Teams to get acquainted with Arisone Academy. Following this, you will receive an email with detailed information about Arisone Academy and the opportunity to try out the platform.

Once your organization has reviewed the information and tested the portal (optional), and decided on the number of seats needed, we will send a contract for your review and signature, along with an order form to fill in the names and email addresses of your staff.

Once the agreement is signed, Arisone Academy will provide an order document. This is an Excel file where the Administrator compiles the list of staff members who will participate in the training. We will collect the names and email addresses of the relevant personnel.

The organization receives two "Team-lead" seats at no additional cost. A Team-lead is a manager or a person in a supervisory role who can view all staff and their engagement.

When Arisone Academy receives the completed order document with the staff information, it is uploaded to the portal. The staff members will receive their login credentials via email and will be assigned the programs.

Arisone Academy offers an onboarding session for staff and operations managers at the start, conducted via Teams. Additionally, various instructional videos are available on the portal and on YouTube. We provide continuous support and are always just an email away.
