To cancel your subscription, please provide a written notice at least one calendar month before the end of the current billing period. Send your termination request to info@arisoneacademy.com.

Please note: Payments are non-refundable. 1 year minimum contract required. 

You have the opportunity to start with a free trial, allowing you to explore the platform and evaluate its content firsthand. This trial period enables you to assess the features and resources available, helping you determine if our solution meets your needs before committing to a subscription.

Your organization will receive "Team-lead" seats at no additional cost.

Based on the size of your organization, you will receive 1-2 extra seats.

A "Team-lead" seat is designed for individuals in managerial or supervisory roles, allowing them to oversee staff and track engagement. This offer includes one seat for an Administrator and an extra seat for another supervisory role, ensuring full oversight and management functionality.

Payments can be made securely via Stripe by following the provided payment links. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway to enter your payment details.
