At Arisone Academy, our mission is to raise the standard of homecare by making caregiver training accessible, affordable, and impactful. We believe that every caregiver deserves the right tools and knowledge to provide safe, compassionate, and person-centered care.
By offering flexible online courses, additional training at no cost, and opportunities for agencies to customize or request their own modules, we ensure that both caregivers and agencies are supported in meeting regulatory requirements while fostering dignity, independence, and quality of life for every consumer.
Arisone Academy was founded by Anna Nadmyr, a healthcare professional and entrepreneur with a passion for improving the quality of care through education. With experience in both Sweden and the United States, Anna recognized the need for practical, flexible training solutions that meet industry standards while adapting to the realities of high staff turnover.
Our growing team brings together experts in caregiving, education, and technology to create meaningful training experiences. We are committed to supporting agencies, empowering caregivers, and ultimately improving the lives of those who rely on homecare services.
Founder: Ms. Anna Nadmyr
Ms. Anna Nadmyr, a Registered Nurse and renowned entrepreneur from Sweden, boasts a rich history in healthcare management and innovation. Initiating her career in nursing, she ventured into entrepreneurship by founding her own nursing staffing agency in 2000. This business successfully supplied Registered Nurses to hospitals, facilities, primary care centers, and home healthcare agencies throughout Sweden, maintaining operations for more than twenty years.
In 2010, Ms. Nadmyr introduced an innovative approach to Occupational Health Services, aimed at improving the health, safety, and well-being of workplace employees. She continued to extend her influence in the healthcare sector by opening a primary care center in 2013. This center was strategically designed to act as the initial point of contact for patients, offering them comprehensive, coordinated, and cost-effective healthcare services.
Anna held the position of Clinical Lead Nurse for a Swedish municipality, where she played a pivotal oversight role within their healthcare system. Her primary responsibility was to manage and uphold the quality of home healthcare services. Her duties involved enforcing healthcare protocols, performing regular reviews and audits to sustain high care standards, and training staff to comply with the most recent health regulations. Her extensive expertise was instrumental in influencing the healthcare policies of the municipality, focusing on enhancing patient outcomes and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services to the community.
Ms. Nadmyr's commitment to professional growth is clearly demonstrated through her ongoing education in fields such as rehabilitation, organizational and business development, finance, and quality assurance. Additionally, from 2006 to 2007, she orchestrated an international nurse exchange program between Sweden and Ethiopia, enhancing the sharing of skills and experiences.
Between 2010 and 2018, Ms. Nadmyr undertook comprehensive market research into the homecare needs in Southern Europe and Shanghai. This research was part of her strategic efforts to identify and explore potential opportunities for business expansion.
In 2014, Ms. Nadmyr established Arisone Home Care in Colorado, a venture that highlighted her dedication to delivering high-quality home care services. By 2022, she decided to cease operations, motivated by the vision to embark on a new endeavor. Drawing on her extensive experience and wide-ranging network, Ms. Nadmyr founded Arisone Academy in 2021. This new initiative aims to enhance the skills of homecare providers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development in the homecare industry.
