- Agreement: By purchasing our online training, you (“the User”) agree to these terms and conditions. The online training is offered by Arisone Home Health Care, Inc. DBA Arisone Academy (“the Company”).
- Eligibility: The User certifies that they represent a home care agency and has an explicit purpose to use training for learning.
- License: The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the online training materials for the purposes of training their staff only.
- Usage: The online training content must not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed without the explicit written permission of the Company. Unauthorized sharing can result in termination of access without refund.
- Payment: Payment and payment information are required prior to accessing the online training. All sales are final. No refunds will be provided except in cases where the training is not accessible due to technical issues on the Company’s side.
Yearly Subscriptions are automatically renewed. Cancellation of subscription must be in writing to the Company at firstname.lastname@example.org, 30 days prior renewal.
- Intellectual Property: All training materials, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and audio content, are the property of the Company and protected by copyright laws.
- Limitation of Liability: The Company does not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the online training. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the training materials.
- Updates: The Company reserves the right to update the training material without prior notice to ensure its relevancy and accuracy.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Colorado.
- Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes and continued use of the training after changes are made signifies acceptance of those changes.
- Support: If you encounter issues or need support related to the online training, please contact our support team at email@example.com
- Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the training for any user who violates these terms and conditions without prior notice and without any refund.
- Acknowledgment: By purchasing and accessing the online training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
